Maddy Holton
I am based in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia, about 30 minutes outside of Lexington. I am an artist and gardener, as well as a cook. My cooking experience ranges from a James Beard nominated kitchen to the kitchen of an Ayurvedic cleanse center. I am passionate about preparing seasonal, delicious meals.
